A: Yes. HAL APS is software available in the Software as a Service model.

Q: What ERP systems does HAL work with?

A: HAL has a built-in REST API2 interface and can exchange information with any ERP system. Most often, HAL integrates with SAP, D365, Oracle, Infor, Comarch, Softlab ERP, Graffiti, etc.

Q: Is it possible to implement HAL APS on your own?

A: Yes. However, in such a case we recommend undergoing training or purchasing minimum Partner support. This will significantly speed up the implementation process.

Q: Who is implementing HAL APS

A: HAL APS is implemented by Partners. At the special request of the client, HAL can be implemented by the HOST team.

Q: How long does it take to implement on average?

A: The time of implementation of HAL APS strongly depends on the scope and extensiveness of the processes. The fastest implementation took 3 months. Most often it is 6-12 months.

A: Yes. Documentation is available in electronic form as well as in the form of instructional videos.
